"Politics is all about hard work over the long haul."

Max Weber, German sociologist and political economist

Mission

"The Corporate Diplomats" (TCD) was formed for the purpose of building bridges between business enterprises and their socio-economic market environment, their stakeholders. Long-lasting bridges of this sort are built upon the foundation of trustworthy, customized communication on specific political topics.

Political and public authorities, customers and civil society as well as the scientific community play an increasingly influential role in the future development of companies and institutions, while media outlets and social networks function as critical mediators and drivers, impacting the face of socio-political opinions.

In view of growing (decision making) complexity, it is more important than ever for companies and institutions to recognize the overall situation – the big picture – they find themselves at an early stage and even to anticipate upcoming circumstances with the help of trust-based, targeted dialogue strategy. These strategies, focused on ongoing knowledge exchange and anticipatory learning, need to be sustainable in order to support and secure long-term success.

For example, in the case of statutory regulation processes, strategic elements include:

  • building up trust between internal/external experts and decision makers,

  • promoting the early awareness of key topics and potential hindrances (internally and externally),

  • reducing complexity in the process of preparing critical, reliable information and legitimate proposals,

  • creating strategic and operational “insight value-add” among the stakeholders,

  • accelerating the company’s / institution’s ability to anticipate general societal and political development through proactive knowledge transfer.

It would be my pleasure to accompany and consult you, your company or your institution personally or with experienced, competent partners from my select network.

Let’s construct functional bridges together.
